Terms of service
The short version: we are an agent, the boat is the operator, and your money goes to them.
What we do
The Liveaboard Club acts as a booking agent for the vessel operators listed on this site. When you book, a contract forms between you and the operator. We are not the operator, we do not run the vessels, and we are not a party to that contract.
What you pay
The public price shown on this site is the operator's own published price. We add nothing to it. Membership is a separate annual fee paid to us, and it is the only money we take from you directly. Deposits and balances for the trip are paid to the operator through their own secure payment link, on their payment schedule.
Schedules and availability
Sailing dates shown on this site are indicative until confirmed with the operator. Nothing on these pages is an offer of a specific cabin at a specific price. Every departure is verified with the operator before anything is held or paid.
Member rates
Members receive a members-only rate that is not publicly available and requires an active membership and sign-in. Membership does not guarantee availability on any particular departure.
Cancellations and changes
The operator's cancellation policy governs your trip. We will always tell you what it is before you commit, and we will handle the correspondence, but we cannot override it. Membership cancellation is separate and covered on the cancellation page.
We do not sell packages
We sell cabins only. We do not combine flights, transfers or accommodation with a cabin into a single sale. If you arrange those separately, they are your own contracts with those suppliers.
Insurance
Dive travel insurance with medical, evacuation and supplier insolvency cover is strongly recommended and is a condition of boarding on many vessels. We will point you at a policy that covers it. Buying insurance is your decision and your responsibility.
Automated assistance
Parts of this site use an automated assistant to answer questions. Its answers are informational and are not a quotation, a booking confirmation or advice you should rely on alone. Anything that matters is confirmed by us in writing before you pay.
Limits
We take care in selecting and describing the vessels we list, using operator information and first-hand reports. We cannot warrant conditions, marine life sightings, weather, or the operator's performance. Our liability to you is limited to the membership fees you have paid us.
