How to cancel

Sign in, open your account page, and choose Cancel membership. It takes effect immediately and you keep member access until the end of the period you have already paid for. You will get an email confirming it within minutes.

Renewal reminders

We email you before every renewal with the date and the amount, so a charge is never a surprise. Founding memberships renew at US$ 45 for as long as you stay a member without a gap.

Refunds

If you cancel within fourteen days of joining and have not yet used a member rate on a booking, write to us and we will refund the full fee. After that, membership runs to the end of the paid period and is not pro-rated.

If you cancel with a trip booked

Nothing happens to your booking. Your contract is with the operator and the rate you booked at stands. Cancelling membership only ends your access to future member rates.
